Been ringing them up for a week now regarding a leak. Told one thing by one customer service representative, something different by the next. Nobody turning up at all. Nobody is recording anything at all as customer service reps should. Luckily I record all my conversations on an app on my phone. I would give them one star if I could. Absolutely hopeless company.
