This item did not fit. I emailed Sports braces regarding a return which went unanswered. I then phoned regarding a return and was immediately directed to a page stating this company does not offer returns 'which I agreed to when I bought the product '. I do empathise with the company having to deal with returns but if you run an online business where sizing is always a bit of a gamble then being able to change sizes is just a basic right. Next time I will buy from my local physiotherapist where I can be sized properly.
