They should Rename it to 1 StarOfService!! I started a free account was clear I didn't want to have a paid account. they said just need cc to verify the person or some bs like that. I got leads from everywhere that's not in my area broke down and tried the leads looking for online training even though I don't do it. never had a phone number work or contact with any prospects. when they said the service was moving to paid, I told them i was not interested emailed several times got the same to read their cvancelation page. eventually getting a 8 page form to fill out that wants more info than they need to cancel. stay away dont give them any financial info. BTW for the 3rd time cancel my account and stop emailing me for 50% dicount 1 StarOfService
