“I've made a regular, free account 5 years ago. Haven't opened it ever since. Never had any monetary obligation to the company, yet a couple of months ago they charged me. As another reviewer said--didn't even know who they were, how they got my PayPal account, and why they were charging me for anything. It turned out they did that to so many people with inactive accounts with "prior notice" through email if you wanted to cancel your further relations.
Still in dispute through PayPal. Seriously planning to take this to the European Consumer Protection Commission.

I already finished the last of the 3rd test and i already spent about 56k . dollars there is one more purchase required of me and to recharge my account with 83k dollars more to complete the test and be able to withdraw all my money which will be $273,000 dollars plus the commissons and the 25k bonus on my withdrawals but non of this company were telling me the truth rather feeding me with lie. If you wanted to show your customers that you value them, you would not do anything without permission, including charging a customer’s credit card just for not activating a non-activating link. That is a joke. I didn’t sign a contract to have my money taken out of my bank account without permission. Star of Service took an unauthorised transaction for a new rule that you made based on an email that I didn’t read and a link that I didn’t click.
Like many other people, I do not have time to read every email that arrives. I did not notice that I had to click on some random link to cancel a visibility subscription.
And, to make it worse, I just took a look at some of the emails that I had not read, a few minutes ago, and the supposed potential leads that are waiting are nowhere near where I live.
Thanks for offering a month free of your subscription. If I had time to scroll through all the emails and there was a potential lead somewhere in my town then that would be great.
However, to ensure I don’t get any more surprise unauthorised transactions taken from my account because by default I haven’t read or clicked on a link, I will cancel all my details, visible or not, from your site.
I hope you don’t do this to your ‘valued' customers in the future.”
“I was a pro just for a month last November and yesterday I saw the they charged my card with €60. I sent an e-mail and their answer was thet they had sent me an e-mail that if I didn't click on the link I was agree to be charged for visibility fee. The thing is that all their e-mails are going to spams and I had never get this mail they are talking about! They offer me a month of pro but I don't want anything from these Robbers. “Star of service have terrible leads. If you are a small business, do not waste your money with this company. They will also change policy and start charging you annual fees even if you stop using them. They took an annual fee from me as I did not receive an email telling me they were now charging. When I contacted them to say I do not want to be on their site and want a refund, they flat out refuse.
They are rude, scammy and their leads are simply people wanting the cheapest deal they can get. No good for businesses that offer a quality service unless you want to work for nothing.
Small businesses should stay away from Star of Service. I still do not have a refund and I will not be using their service EVER!”

“Pure scam, in all the years of being a member, never got one client. Then they started charging me unauthorised "appearance" fees for being on their website. I was given no choice. Whenever I tried to delete my account, I couldn't, as their website has a glitch (you are not able to delete your account).”
