Hi Star of Service, If you wanted to show your customers that you value them, you would not do anything without permission, including charging a customer’s credit card just for not activating a non-activating link. That is a joke. I didn’t sign a contract to have my money taken out of my bank account without permission. Star of Service took an unauthorised transaction for a new rule that you made based on an email that I didn’t read and a link that I didn’t click. Like many other people, I do not have time to read every email that arrives. I did not notice that I had to click on some random link to cancel a visibility subscription. And, to make it worse, I just took a look at some of the emails that I had not read, a few minutes ago, and the supposed potential leads that are waiting are nowhere near where I live. Thanks for offering a month free of your subscription. If I had time to scroll through all the emails and there was a potential lead somewhere in my town then that would be great. However, to ensure I don’t get any more surprise unauthorised transactions taken from my account because by default I haven’t read or clicked on a link, I will cancel all my details, visible or not, from your site. I hope you don’t do this to your ‘valued' customers in the future.
