It took 2 months to get the Pizza Oven. Their website has a message box but my message notifying them of non-delivery was not answered nor acted upon. The email i sent about non-delivery was not answered nor acted upon. Eventually i found a telephone number to their storage area and the staff member was polite and helpful. The Pizza oven arrived within 3-4 days!
