Stax is an organisation I stumbled across by accident haviing never heard of it before. I’ve never seen it I searches for online appliances even. Having found it and seeing the prices of product I wanted it was a no brained to order the product from Stax. The delivery quoted 5-7 days from memory. The product didn’t arrive so I decided to call you up but could not find your contact details online anywhere. I checked my bank statement and found that my payment went to a companynamed something like Alohi. I looked up that name online and found a phone number. The person that answered told me to wait another couple of days. Nothing. After waiting several extra days I called again. This time the person who answered took more interest in my problem and after a short wait told me the product was moot in stock at the time I ordered. He said the order was forwarded to LG and he said it would now be another 2 weeks. In fact it was a little over 2 weeks. So. Stax doesn’t appear on an online search for appliances Your prices are great Your communication and service aren’t great! The product is as ordered and is great.
