Sadly my experience was not good, one pan being faulty on arrival. This undermined my confidence in your brand which I had assumed was high quality, having had a single large pan for more than 25 years which I use regularly for batch cooking, and love. I was only buying a set to replace other smaller pans which I've had for more than 40 years and now have slight reservations about their handle joints. So a new pan ariving with a handle not actually fastened on was not good. I wish I hadn't ordered, as now I'm going to be wary of using my old big pan. There was no way that I'd have risked injury to myself or my family by using the new set sent. I'll have to find another manufacturer with a better handle fixing. I liked your Classic range as I dislike glass lids, finding them awkward to use and drain and harder to clean. But, assuming that my refund comes through promptly, the matter has been dealt with efficiently and professionally, the returned set having been collected this morning. So although I have no pans and have to go elsewhere, customer service deserves a credit.
