“I bought my set of stellar pots and pans in 1994 and use them every day to cook for my family. They are still like new. I bought a set for my daughter moving into her 1st house and I know she will never have to replace them. I would highly recommend.”

“I have bought the Stellar sauté pan recently and love it, the perfect size for cooking a meal for 2 (generous portions) or family of 4. Having a lid makes cooking so much easier. Wish I’d bought it years ago for the difference it makes.”

“I have found Stella tins to be far superior to other baking products. The small tins fit in the Ninja - perfect for a one-person meal. Never seen a 3lb loaf tin anywhere else! Very happy with my purchase!”

“Stellar Rocktanium, 18cm Saucepan, 1.5L, Non-Stick - bought June 2025 - very good non-stick. Lovely solid, shapely aluminium handle which is easy to grip and turn the pan. Used regularly for many things - and particularly scrambled egg. I also have a Rocktanium frying pan and an omelette pan. The same positive points apply. (Also got other Stellar stainless pans. All v good quality)”

“Frying pan started to stick after a short while contacted Stellar under the guarantee conditions with photos advised had used it on too much heat and could not exchange but would offer a fraction of money off a new one so I would advise be careful!!”

“I've had Stella saucepans for over 40 years and they were like brand new, I had to replace them when I moved and inherited an induction hob .The new ones are just a good quality ,I've passed the old ones on to my daughter for another 40 yrs use .”

“The pan lid I ordered is fine, good quality as expected from Stellar. It is great that they keep making the same designs so that a perfectly good pan can still be used when the lid gets broken. However it was badly packaged and only had the minimum of paper to take up space and protect it in transit. Also the box was split as if it had been stood on which probably happened after leaving the warehouse.”

“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item an had informed customer service straight away unfortunately the were unwilling to help me exchange my product with another item. Really can’t understand how they can’t make something like this possible. Unfortunately my bad experience with the company I will not be shopping here again such a shame:(”

“My new Zero pan is superb. It cooks perfectly at a much lower temperature than previous frying pans that I have owned and is completely non stick. I'm also really happy that it has no coating. I have a set of stainless pans which were a wedding present in 1992 which are used every day. They areb in perfect condition and provided the temperature is kept to a moderate level they too are non stick but not quite to the level of my new Zero pan.”

“I’m really disappointed with my experience with Stellar. I ordered some pans and was offered a cutlery set as a free gift with the purchase. During the order process, I was then asked to complete age verification because the cutlery set included knives. For whatever reason, the age verification wasn’t successful, and Stellar subsequently cancelled the **entire order** — meaning I didn’t receive the pans I had actually paid for and wanted. I had no interest in the knives or the cutlery set; it was simply a promotional free gift. I understand that age verification may be required for products containing knives, but it seems unreasonable to cancel an entire order of pans because the customer can’t receive an optional promotional gift. At the very least, I would have expected the option to proceed with the pans without the cutlery set. Very frustrating experience and not the level of customer service I would expect.”

“Very happy with our purchase which was to replace older knives that are starting to show signs of deteriorating in the dishwasher -( they had done well though) . There was a delivery problem that was not the fault of Stellar. Stellar dealt with it very speedily for us. First class customer service for which we are very grateful. I shall certainly check out other items on Stellar when we need anything else for the kitchen.”
