“I bought my set of stellar pots and pans in 1994 and use them every day to cook for my family. They are still like new. I bought a set for my daughter moving into her 1st house and I know she will never have to replace them. I would highly recommend.”

“Still waiting for my full order I ordered the James Martin 8-piece cookware set along with a set of steak knives, but I wasn’t aware the items would arrive in two separate deliveries. I understand the knives required a signature, and they arrived along with the free cast iron griddle, but I’m still waiting for the rest of the cookware. After contacting customer service, I was told the wok was out of stock, and I agreed to swap it for a casserole dish and purchase the wok separately once it’s available again. That was over a week ago, and despite several follow-ups, I’m still waiting for confirmation from the warehouse that this has been processed. The products look great, but the communication and delivery process have been disappointing. I’ve been offered a refund, and at this stage, I’m seriously considering it, as I’ve yet to receive what I originally ordered.”

“Very good quality and look good. 4 stars because I would've liked slightly more thicker handles as they feel too skinny and for the larger pots another handle on the end of the pot because they are very heavy when full and you have to put two hands on the handle to carry the pot for draining purposes, eg. emptying water or pouring into another container, which is a wee bit awkward.”
