I bought my set of stellar pots and pans in 1994 and use them every day to cook for my family. They are still like new. I bought a set for my daughter moving into her 1st house and I know she will never have to replace them. I would highly recommend.

I wish I could write a review, but my purchase is yet to turn up, and it’s not easy trying to contact someone to find out anything. DOD tell me I have to go to Stellar, but no contact for them, unless looking for a job, I don’t appreciate having to do it via email, couldn’t figure out live chat, and no telephone number to speak to a human

I ordered a knife set on the 27th December and still have not received it! Apparently the first order “got lost” so they sent a second order and I still have not received! Customer service takes days to respond if ever. Still awaiting a response from my last email asking where on earth it is. Not impressed and would not recommend

I find the lids getting hot , when I’m cooking . But that’s my only complaint , as it said when I bought them that they didn’t get hot when cooking .

I never received my order. When I rang to enquire about it. I was informed that it had been sent back & cancelled as an undelivered item. I informed them that I did not receive any notification of the delivery due date, from either them or DPD. I was informed there's nothing they can do about it & I would have to order it all again. Not helpful & will take my business elsewhere.

Bought a set of 3 knives. They feel great to hold, are super sharp. Nice feel and weight to them. The cooks knife is a bit on the small side, but I knew the measurements when I bought it...might have to buy a bigger one to go with them. :)

We tried to order the same 28cm size pan in the Stellar Classic range to match all our existing Stellar cookware but this appears to be no longer available. The Eclipse range pan is quite heavy even when empty and has a very slender handle, far too thin for the size of the pan, which makes handling difficult and often requires two hands to lift it when cooking. So, unfortunately it doesn’t get used.

I ordered several items and am delighted with all except for the Profile 20cms draining pan. It is too heavy. I had particularly wanted the draining lid. This, however, has been no benefit as I can’t support the weight of the pan with one hand while holding the lid in place to drain. Even removing the lid to drain does not help due to having a great weight at one end and only one handle to support it with. It would have been better if it had a handle at each side, like a casserole. My daughter, who is in her thirties, has also used the pot and she also. struggled with draining it.

I never received my order. When I checked this out, it was apparently returned by DPD as ‘unable to deliver’ DPD could not give a reason for this and neither could Stellar. This has happened once before with DPD so I not be ordering with Stellar again unless they change their courier service.
