I bought my set of stellar pots and pans in 1994 and use them every day to cook for my family. They are still like new. I bought a set for my daughter moving into her 1st house and I know she will never have to replace them. I would highly recommend.

Loving my set of three Stellar Flow saucepans. They heat up really quickly on my induction hob. I really like the depth of the pans and the pan lids have handles that don't get hot. Fantastic! I will definitely be adding to my set with a couple of extra pans.

The marks shown in your photo aren’t a defect or damage to the pan. They’re mineral deposits from water (particularly in hard water areas), which can naturally appear on stainless steel after boiling. This doesn’t affect the performance, safety, or longevity of the cookware. Using a small amount of vinegar is simply an occasional way to remove limescale build-up, rather than something that should be needed after every use. Stainless steel is chosen for its durability and long-term performance, and these cosmetic marks are a normal characteristic of the material rather than a fault with the set. Absolutely love my Eclipse pan set and the chef pan. Great quality, even heat distribution, easy to clean, excellent price. Love the fact they don't have any coatings on them, really wish the uncoated frying pans would come into stock, will definitely purchase when they do.

This is my first time of owning Stellar products, but so far I am extremely happy with them. They are easy to clean and the non-stick is exactly that. I bought these items on the strength of purchasing a few days earlier a set of 3 stainless steel Flow pans, which I am also extremely pleased with.

Pans are not non stick. Making custard with cold milk it always burns to pan bottom

The Stellar Eclipse saucepans are uncoated stainless steel pans, rather than non-stick, which means they don’t have a non-stick coating and cooking techniques can differ slightly from coated cookware. When heating milk-based recipes like custard, we’d recommend using a low to medium heat, stirring continuously and allowing the pan to warm gradually to help prevent sticking or burning. Stainless steel is designed to give excellent heat control and even cooking once you get used to it. Our last set of pans (not Stellar) lasted over twenty years, so decided it was time for new ones. After doing some research and asking friends who are keen cooks for recommendations, we purchased these. We've only had them a short while, but so far they are excellent.

I bought several sets of cutlery, for myself and my daughter for her new place and it arrived promptly and packed well. Went so well I bought some more items and had the same quick delivery. I would definitely buy from th m again. The only thing I would say is you don't get any updates about your delivery which did worry me but all was received ok so I was happy!

I bought a 24” sauté pan to replace my non stick overused one. The company was quick to post with good communication and my pan was well packed. And I love it. Miles better than non stick so long as you heat it gently and to a good high temperature. I’m very impressed and am thinking about a smaller size to have more flexibility.

I placed a set of knives in my basket priced at £55.00 but I had a query as to which sharpener was best for these knives. It took a week for Stellar to reply to my online query and in that time the knives had gone up to £100. Company refused to honour the original price they stated they had no control over website prices? I will obviously take my business elsewhere seems an odd approach for a retailer.

A replacement for my old stellar set that I have given to my friend. I prefer this set as they are lighter and suit me better due to arthritis. I now intend to buy the sauté pan in the same range

Great quality and look great. I wasnt happy with the James Martin logo on the lids and handles so asked for a return. There was no free return and this would have been £10 to return so I kept them. But I dont like them just for the logo it spoils the look for me. I would have happily swapped them for another set.
