“I bought my set of stellar pots and pans in 1994 and use them every day to cook for my family. They are still like new. I bought a set for my daughter moving into her 1st house and I know she will never have to replace them. I would highly recommend.”

“A very good brand. Ive used them for many years. My original I've still got but unfortunately i scratched it quite badly Hard wearing and well made, should last a lifetime”

“I bought a pan on 05.05.2026, today its 08.06.2026 its still not there.. they sent me a tracking number which basically says that the pan sits somewhere without any predicted delivery date nothing... This pan was supposed to be a promissed gift and they put me in a very difficult position....”

“Very disappointed with my experience. I initially requested a cancellation shortly after placing my order, but the company was far too slow to process the request. By the time they responded, the order had already been dispatched, leaving me no choice but to go through the returns process. To make matters worse, I was charged £15 for the return delivery, despite the fact that I had tried to cancel the order before it was sent out. The company refuses to acknowledge that this situation was caused by their own delay in handling my cancellation request. Customers should be aware that if you need to cancel an order, you may still end up paying significant return costs because of the company's slow processing times. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend shopping here unless you're prepared to risk being out of pocket for circumstances that are not your fault.”

“I had a set of Stellar pans that I bought over 30 years ago. They were excellent - not cheap but they lasted so well, looked almost like new when I eventually had to give them to a friend. I moved home & had a new kitchen with an induction hob. The old pans didn't work on it hence buying the new set, an induction-friendly but otherwise identical set. If they last as long as the last set they'll be passed on to someone else to enjoy in the future!”

“Really pleased with the quality and style of the Profile saucepan set. They are easy to use, the draining lids and measuring guides are convenient, and they work well on our induction hob. Would recommend.”

“These Stainless steel pans are nice. Heavy base, good heat transfer. The Domus shape is perfect for stirring with my wooden spoons. Bought them to replace a Stellar set so old, I have no idea when we bought them, think over 20 years ago. The only reason for replacing them was the purchase of an induction hob. Stainless steel and carbon steel pans last a lifetime.”

“Wanting to move away from non stick pans and as I have Stellar saucepans, my first thought was to try their stainless steel pans. Very pleased with them so far and once we’d learnt how to use the pans nothing has stuck. Very pleased with the quality and usability.”

“Beautifully made and cook well on my induction hob. No screws on inside of handles to go rusty and corrode. Good tight fitting lids with robust knobs for a good grip. Would thoroughly recommend”
