“I bought my set of stellar pots and pans in 1994 and use them every day to cook for my family. They are still like new. I bought a set for my daughter moving into her 1st house and I know she will never have to replace them. I would highly recommend.”

“Stellar saucepans are great. I have had my saucepans for 19 years and they are still in excellent condition. I recently bought a casserole pot to replace a casserole pot which wouldn't work on my new induction hob. I haven't used it yet. However, it is a good weight, so I'm look forward to using it in the future.”

“The item purchased was easy to order, but the wrong size due to inaccurate capacity information on the web site. When I phoned with the information they helped with re-ordering a larger size (which was delivered promptly) and offered a refund on the original item with no hesitancy. A good, reliable company to deal with.”

“Found the set I wanted and purchased direct from Stellar, additional offer was a free knife and roasting tin, order placed and delivered within 4 days (only issue as there was a knife (free gift) was included the package had to be signed for and I wasn’t home so delivery company delivered it to a neighbouring house. Used most of the pans and very happy with them they work very well on my induction hop, I have only hand washed them but it does say they are dishwasher proof.”

“I have been using a set of Stellar kitchen utensils for nearly 20 years and would thoroughly recommend them for comfort of use, durability, and they look good hanging on the wall. I've just had to get a new premium nylon turner (because my husband used it on the barbecue!) and the replacement is perfect.”

“We have just had a new kitchen installed with an induction hob, never had one before. So, we thought long and hard about what pans to buy, as our old ones were not compatible, and finally settled on these. Very glad we did as these Stellar pans are excellent. Heat up very fast, lightweight but sturdy, and easy to clean. What more could you ask for? Highly reccomend this set of pans, 5*”

“Awful. Tempted to buy from Stellar by their 10% discount offer on first order. Had to sign up for News Letter, Baking Club. Discount never materialised, on my order of £858 it’s not insignificant. Have emailed Stellar several times without any reply. Don’t be fooled by discount offer, it doesn’t happen.”

“I have used Stellar pans for many years. They have served me extremely well. Recently, I gave three of them to my grandson to have iin his flat. He was delighted but I really miss them. So, I have just bought two new Stellar saucepans and two non-stick Stellar frying pans. Happy days again! They arrived quickly. Beautifully packed and are now in daily use. Wonderful!!”

“Sadly my experience was not good, one pan being faulty on arrival. This undermined my confidence in your brand which I had assumed was high quality, having had a single large pan for more than 25 years which I use regularly for batch cooking, and love. I was only buying a set to replace other smaller pans which I've had for more than 40 years and now have slight reservations about their handle joints. So a new pan ariving with a handle not actually fastened on was not good. I wish I hadn't ordered, as now I'm going to be wary of using my old big pan. There was no way that I'd have risked injury to myself or my family by using the new set sent. I'll have to find another manufacturer with a better handle fixing. I liked your Classic range as I dislike glass lids, finding them awkward to use and drain and harder to clean. But, assuming that my refund comes through promptly, the matter has been dealt with efficiently and professionally, the returned set having been collected this morning. So although I have no pans and have to go elsewhere, customer service deserves a credit.”

“The perforated base failed after one year of use. Although it comes with a lifetime guarantee, its quality needs to be reviewed, as it may ultimately end up as another item in a landfill. Quotes from Stellar "Engineered from zinc alloy composite for long-lasting performance." I think not. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend this.”
