I wanted to order a "Steamer" during the Black Friday week at the discounted price. Unfortunately, the "Steamer" was out of stock. Indeed the "Steamer" was never available during the Black Friday period at the reduced price. When the "Steamer" became available the product was back at full price. I notified Stellar at the time and subsequently asked Stellar to honour the discounted price. This was denied so I question the business ethics and reputation of the company.

I am not completely happy with the tea pot i have recent recieved. The rubber base does not seem to fit the metal channel and it is forever dropping out on to the work surface . I have had one of your tea pots for a number of years and have never had this problem. Could you please advise if you could replace the tea pot or the rubber base.

I bought this set in order to replace my 15+ year old Anolon Authority Pro set (which are basically the same being multi layered non-stick). Whilst I admit that this set is nice to look at, is stackable and looks to be well made and hard wearing; I cannot recommend them for use with an induction hob - even though they do work. They are very poor at heating up on this style of hob. They basically took 3x as long as my old pans (which are basically the same being multi layered non-stick) to boil a litre of water on the same hob - I did a number of tests to confirm this at differing energy levels with the same sized pan (old vs new). This means that they are taking 3x as much energy (as the hob did not change its power rating). For now I have switched back to the old ones as this added time and energy cost is unacceptable to me. A great shame.
