Replacement pan on its way to me. I have had this James Marin 28cm sauté pan for almost 20 years and the handle rivets are worn and slack. After a couple of emails and photos being sent a new one is on the way, no quibble, no problem. Lifetime guarantee is indeed what it says! Absolutely delighted and I doubt there are many products that honour this type of warrantee. Recommend to anyone.
