Good products and great customer service. bought a saucepan set and several frying pans. Had a small issue with two frying pans being dented on arrival, I hve to say the way you dealt wirth it was excellent, no messing around with back and forth questions, quick and efficent arranging of collection and replacement. The products are so far living up to the blurb, the handles do not get hot, even on the lid, the pour facility on ythe Flow range is great, no need for colanders and no tipping half the spaghetti down the sink! The non stick frying pans have so far been great for omlettes and cooking chicken breast with no need for oil of any sort. Maybe just look at improving the packaging and boxing up of products.
