All but one of my pans are now Stellar and if it was good enough for my dear Mum they're good enough for me as she used stainless steel pans for over 25 years. I had to jump through a few hoops with bad pans to find out Mum knows best! I now have 2 sets , stainless steel and non stick and both are brilliant giving excellent performance and no concerns. There are other much more expensive pans out there that offer the world, especially in the non-stick formats but for me Stellar give good performance for reasonable money. I recently invested in Stellar Verve Frying Pans and Im delighted, the imprinted shapes in the bottom of the pan allow even one drop of oil to be spread with a spatula and held there. Great dry frying, easy to clean and not too heavy. All in all happy with Stellar as a company, fact is I've had a couple of problems; one was with a sauté pan where the bottom started to buckle out of shape so no longer made proper connection on my induction hob, the other problem was a Non-stick Sauce jug that developed a bubble in the non stick which eventually flaked off. Both items were photographed and details sent to Stellar who immediately replaced the faulty items. Of the Sauté pan they tried to suggest that the pan had been over heated. However I have two of the deep sauté pans, one shallow and never had this problem before on my induction hob, one of those pans is probably coming up for 7 -8 years old. They said " Although overheating is not covered by the guarantee, as a gesture of goodwill, we will replace the pan for you on this occasion" So I'm happy that they replaced it, a bit miffed that they tried to lay the blame onto the cooker and cook and still think it was something to do with the actual pan as the others are treated exactly the same. I will be buying the third smaller frying pan too as only a few months ago I purchased a little Ninja frying pan and its very heavy, takes an age to heat up and although has excellent non stick, I prefer Stellar Verve. Good products giving good service for many years and I would highly recommend Stellar.
