Not the best experience. Only just purchased a set of pots, 1 seems to have a mark / flaw in the bottom. Sent several pictures, no help whatsoever, haven’t even used them yet! A set of knives also purchased 3 out of the 4 knives were scratched near the handle. No help again, these were brand new and I don’t expect scratches…..goodness only knows what they will be like in a few years time! I can’t get them replaced now when they are brand new, I certainly won’t get them replaced further down the line……
