Sternglas sent me a watch with a HUUUGE scratch on the crystal. They should not try to sell watches in such condition even if they are refurbished. They have a note that refurbished pieces might have some "cosmetic" scratches on the CASE, which I was willing to accept, but such scratch on the the middle of the crystal was far from being cosmetic and did I mention that was on the crystal? o yeah right on the middle. Sternglas makes very nice looking watches. I went for a refurbished option since the particular model I wanted was sold out. The order and shipping process was very fast, so far all was good, I was happy to get the watch in a couple of days after I placed the order, however when I opened the box I found a watch that has a huge scratch on the crystal, which is supposed to be sapphire. This is a huge disappointment and I had to return the watch. The return was not as straight forward as I expected and it was not possible to complete the return all by myself but had to contact them via email, their website and Whatsapp until I finally got a response. The shipping costs were covered by Sternglas but so far I have not received my money back and they say it might take weeks, which is very unfortunate since I do not have neither a good watch nor my money.
