Was quite concious of buying online from somewhere I hadn't heard from but the communiaction was spot on - answers emails pretty much immediatley and dispathed the day after. I ordered another bear from Charlie Bear directly and the one from this company came sooner. No faults and would definitley look at this company again if I need another bear.
