“I came to York for the weekend and wanted a lovely gift for my 2 Grand daughters, the shop seemed quiet busy so after returning to our hotel I looked in line and purchased 2 beautiful Charlie bears , I received a email of confirmation and it said I would be emailed when ready to collect , unfortunately we where returning home on the train the following morning which was a Sunday, I decided to go to the shop the sunday morning at 11am and when I got their my bears ready for my , from a very polite young man , my grand daughters are over the moon with the bears and I csnt wait to return to the shop again, highly recommend.”
