We were visiting York for the day and went in the shop. The staff were so kind and helpful and the lady gave us a card with the shop details on for when the Albee is back in stock. I wanted to buy my daughter one of the Jellycat bags for Easter so because of how great the stagf were I ordered from them. Quick and efficient delivery. Would highly recommend
