I bought a 20mm band it didn't fit my 20mm lug width on my omega Seamaster
I asked numerous times for another strap due to the fact they may ever so slightly vary in size.
They would not accommodate me. Come on it's a $34.99 strap it probably cost $8-$10 at most wholesale and they are too short sided to offer proper customer service. I have an extensive Watch collection and I belong to 3 Watch enthusiast groups. As a business owner I view Strapco as short sided and building awful customer relations!
