“After searching online for some time, I found the right leather strap from StrapsCo to go with the vintage watch inherited from my late father. Unknowingly, I ordered the wrong size and didn't realize it until I had the chance to try it on after the strap got delivered. After checking that the conditions for an exchange were met, I emailed the company to ask if a size-exchange would be possible, and they promptly okayed it and followed it up attentively. The exchange went through by post smoothly, and it took only around a week from mailing off the strap to receiving the replacement. I'm very impressed by StrapsCo's customer service; as for the strap, it fits perfectly, and the quality is simply outstanding.”
“I had to give them 3 stars for their customer service. However, they need to learn more about their products. I asked for a specific watch band after ordering the wrong one. They confirmed the watch I had, but did not offer the correct finish, only the size that would fit. In my opinion as a consumer and someone who works in marketing, more information should have been offered instead of making a quick sale. Buyer beware...ask detailed questions.”
“Just to tell you i just receive the Rolex gridlock claps very nice part i just finish to installed it on my steinhart ocean 39 gmt Pepsi i have to drill the end of the bracelet with a 5/32 drill to fit your original screw pin and it fit well”
“I ordered a watch strap from strapsco. My password was lost and i could not get StrapsCo to reset the password. i have requested a password reset 9 times. I want to return my band because it is 22 mm instead of 24. Whoever operates this company has no idea of how to reset a password in their system. I tried their chat app but it is a ruse leading back to a reset nightmare. against my better judgement my order was 1070???,”
“I just got straps I ordered over a week ago. They came in an envelope that looked like it had been reused for years and the envelope and straps smell like they were soaked in a vat of cleaner. So disappointing”
“Bought three straps for my Versa fitbit. One is great, two will not stay on the fitbit. It seems to be a pretty common complaint. The ends are too thick to stay in the slots. When I complained they sent a link to show me how to install it. Obviously since I installed the first one that isn't the problem.”
“I purchased several straps and came in on time, fit well, and the quality seemed great. My fiance especially liked one of the metal straps. There was an error (I wanted a different stitching color) when I ordered one of the straps and before it shipped I contacted customer service if it can be modified. They were not able to make that change before the order was shipped, but were super accommodating and offered me to get it replaced. When I shipped the wrong strap back, it got lost though USPS but the company still provided replacement, so I am really happy with their customer service.”
“I ordered a Tan coloured watch strap and was sent a strap that is clearly a Brown colour that's even a little dark. Tan colour is supposed to be quite light and the images they were showing on their website was showing it as nearly an Orange/Brown colour, what I was sent was just flat out Brown. I emailed customer service and showed them a photo of my band and the colour that was sent to me and informed I was sent the wrong band. They insisted that I was sent the right band even though the colour difference was very obvious. They insisted that I was incorrect, and the problem is that I want to return the item and get a full refund, including the return postage costs to be covered but they won't do that because they're insisting it's the right one, so therefore there wasn't any mistake made on the order and so I have to cover the return postage costs (which will costs me about half the price of the overpriced product because it's international)
This company is very unprofessional and I've read of people having bad experiences and now I see how. It also seems they just buy tyese straps for $2 on Ali Express and just put their packaging on ans charge $50. There is also no details or stickers on the packaging that have any description of what the band Style, Colour and Size is so I don't know what kind of operation their running there but no wonder a mistake was made if they have all these bands without descriptions on the packaging.”
“Just received a leather strap for my Fitbit Charge 6. The strap is nice quality leather and was easy to switch out with the silicone band my Fitbit came with (that gave me a rash😖). I have a tiny wrist—luckily the very last hole fits perfectly and says in place with the two movable loops around the band. So far, I love it.”
“I just started my watch collection,
I custom fit strapsco watch bands,
The outcome couldn’t be better,
Strapsco has watch bands that
make High end watches look Beautiful.
Excellent quality.”
“I just ordered a new band for my Fitbit and received it. While the product it's self looks great and feels great, they didn't send anything (toolwise) to remove links from the band. So now I have a band that is WAY to big for me and nothing to assist with the removal of links. I have bought band for other watches and every time, they send a tool to help with removing links. So I'm not sure if this company is just cheap and doesn't want to spend the money to provide a tool or if they just don't care. Either way, this is more than likely the last time I buy from them. What good is a new watch band, if you can't wear it? While there is things I can do/buy to remove the links, I shouldn't have to go buy something, on top of buying the watch, when a good company should spend the money to provide one. ESPECALLY if the band uses a universal tool. Spend the extra $1 and provide me with a tool.
If the quality was not up to my standards, this would have been a 1-star review. And of course if they had sent a tool for link removal, it would have more then likely been a 5-star review.”
“Bought this because stainless steel is supposed to be hypoallergenic and I have sensitivities to certain metals, such as nickel. After one (1) week of use, not only did the color on the inside of the band start to wear off but it caused a severe allergic reaction. I contacted customer service to see what options I had because you cannot return opened/worn items (but I obviously cannot continue to use this) and the agent twice ignored my issue, despite me sending a picture of what this band did to my wrist, and instead reminded me of the return policy before suggesting I buy a non-metal band from their store.
Because StrapsCo requires that reviews be approved before being posted, my negative review *still* has not been posted a week after I submitted it. Positive reviews from other customers submitted in the meantime, however, have been approved.”
“Last year I ordered a strap I wanted for my Garmin watch. It had an interesting pattern and it's hard to find unusual patterned straps for the Garmin.
It appeared to be of reasonable quality, but the pattern started wearing off almost immediately. The strap became unusable because of how poorly it looked after just a few uses. The quickfit clasp also was made of plastic and while it did not fail, it does not appear to be very sturdy.
I really liked the pattern so I contacted the company again this year and told them about it and they wrote me back to say that the band had been updated. And in fact, there was a photo of an updated band on their website. So I ordered it.
But they sent me the exact same band.
When I asked them why I had been sent the exact same band they said that the photo on their site was a mistake. I have no idea how they could have a photo of a different band that they do not sell on their site. It seems as though it was simply photoshopped.
When I contacted the company they told me I would have to return the band to get a refund. Normally I would say that this is an acceptable practice...but when they sent me a band that is not the same as the one pictured on the website, I think it is their problem and not one where I should have to waste my time going to the post office and packaging up the item to return it to them.
I asked to speak with an owner or to be given one of the owner's email addresses, and the support staff refused. This is really unacceptable.
1) Note that the company does not have a phone number. This is always something that makes me think a company is engaged in shoddy business practices and does not have a phone number so they can avoid their upset customers.
2) Support is slow to respond and they will not give you an email contact for an owner to register a complaint - despite the fact that they send you an email after purchase telling you that they are a family owned business and how much they appreciate you.
Overall a very disappointing experience.”
