I ordered 2 top hung Sunlux windows, both arrived on delivery date, straight forward to install, however I managed to damage one of the hinges on one of them. I contacted Sunlux and they sent me a replacement hinge ,within 2 days it had arrived and they said no cost. Brilliant company and excellent service will definately recommend and use them again.
