Quick delivery and packing really good nothing missing, trim to finish around hatch expensive but looks great saves cutting timber to finish off and painting.

The only let down was the courier company DHL who weirdly delivered in 2 batches over 2 days. Both way outside their time slot. I was out for the second delivery. I did arrive home before the time slot only to find the windows propped up against the front door.”

“Purchased x2 flashing kits of various sizes but was unable to purchase the 3rd online for some technical reason. Had to telephone to get this added but was dealt with exceptionally well. Could not fault the service or delivery at all.”
“A budget alternative to Velux. Easy to fit despite incorrect measurements in instruction leaflet. Basic DIY really. Poor quality and flimsy handle. One side of the window seal wasn’t working due to seal being too big, again easily remedied. Overall, satisfied…let’s see if it holds out in tough weather.”
