“Overall very happy. Quick delivery, good quality unit, good instructions and very easy to fit. Only complaint is the waterproofing 'skirt' was missing from the box. This wasn't a problem for me as I only ever intended to use Tyvek Flexiwrap which physically sticks to the unit, batons and roof membrane creating a totally waterproof seal”
“Window is great but issues with the fitting. Flashing kit bought for plain tile roof however it didn't work. The kit we ended up needed from the website looks like it is for a completely different type of roof (ridged tiles), hence not ordering originally and going for plain tile, which is our tile type - a bit confusing if you're a novice not a roofer. Refund only given for 1 out of 3 flashings ordered that weren't right so would advise contact prior to ordering to not have this issue - had to obviously order 3 new kits so out of pocket. Also none came with the roof felt which is required on instructions and looks like it should be in the box so caused a delay in install as we had to get our own in the middle of the process.”
