Fast delivery and very well-packaged roof windows. Everything arrived as it should, unbroken and undamaged. Shipping company didn't deliver on-time. One flashing kit arrived on the due date and the windows and remaining flashing kit arrived the following day. When you pay almost £100 for delivery, this is not acceptable and for the driver to simply shrug his shoulders when asked where the rest of it was!
