Ordered a loft ladder handrail which is fine and promptly dispatched. Only problem was with the adjoining nuts for bolting onto ladder frame as I only received one connector nut which left me one short!
Contacted Sunlux and requested nut specification so that I could order a replacement, but didn't receive a reply!! Appreciate this is only a small matter but it does spoil the whole effect as I has to use an ordinary bolt and screw.
