I’m a builder and have ordered from sunlux 4 times now always got my windows as arranged on a pallet as I’ve always ordered at least 2 at a time
Windows are very good for the money not quite as good as a Velux but absolutely nothing wrong with them.
I personally seem to have a problem ordering on there web site as twice I have had to ring up, although no problem once spoke to someone staff great and helpfull
Would 100% recommend
