I booked through SnapTravel in February 2020 for a reservation in Mid November 2020. Few days out of check in date, I called the hotel and was told my booking was cancelled by SnapTravel in June 2020 and I was never notified and the money not refunded to me.
I'm not left booking another hotel, last minute, at premium cost, as the hotel I had booked is fully booked up.
