I double booked through this party. I paid for the $ 24 for the enhance refund policy. It didn’t work. Their automatic system wants only specific answers. If not, they will automatically decline your refund form. Eventually they took $600 from me.

Awful, advertised two beds at a hotel. When I arrived, they counted a sofa bed as one of the beds. Buyer beware

I do not recommend. I've lost hundreds of dollars. Know that if you make a 2 day booking (PAY for 2 days up front) and can only make the second day, the hotels do NOT honor it-- they do NOT let you check in for just the second day. Seems fraudulent to just steal the money for that second day and not provide any service-- but the hotels claim it's their contract with the third party booker (super.com). Also, NO changes of any nature are possible unless there is some kind of a dire emergency--even if you pay extra to get the refundable booking. It's a very narrow list of possible reasons that almost all require a doctor's note, proof of a death, proof an airline cancelled your flight etc. Save your money.

Thanks for sharing! With non-refundable bookings, if you miss the first night, the hotel will mark it as a no-show and cancel the rest— it’s standard policy set forth by the hotel. These rates come with strict rules in exchange for lower prices. Next time, we recommend booking a flexible rate if plans might change.

I booked through Super.com expecting a smooth experience, but it turned into a nightmare. Their cancellation policy is deceptive at best. Even though the hotel I booked offered free cancellation, Super.com refused to honor it, hiding behind fine print and blaming third parties. Once they take your money, there’s no getting it back. The customer service is appalling. I reached out multiple times through email and their site — responses were slow, copy-paste answers with no effort to resolve the issue. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with a real person who can help. They clearly hope you’ll just give up and go away. They advertise low prices, but you pay for it with zero support, zero flexibility, and maximum frustration. I’ll never book with them again, and I strongly urge others to avoid this platform. There are far better and more transparent booking sites out there. Super.com is not worth the risk

Thanks for the review. To clarify—cancellation rules come directly from the hotel. If a hotel offers free cancellation, we’re happy to follow through as long as there’s written approval from them. Without that, we’re required to follow the original booking terms shown at checkout. We know plans change, and we always aim to make the process as smooth as possible when they do.

I was charged for a membership I never signed up for. Really don't give a hoot who they are or what they pretend to do. I want out and my $15 back. Can't get through to anyone on my time opposite coast.

Most misleading and deceiving way of doing business. They have the best prices for hotels, but that does not include the fee. They charge on top of the set place for your stay. As much as 12 days later, I was assessed another $15 on top of the regular price of the hotel.

I booked a room reservation ( booking number: B17470410) and paid their extra $68.00 “Upgrade Refund” then immediately cancelled my reservation and filled out their “Refund Form” and submitted it and received their confirmation that they did receive the form and I would hear back in a couple of days. I have NOT heard back for more than three weeks. Tried to contact them numerous times, by different means and to no avail. I WANT MY REFUND ! ! ! I will update this review if they resolve this issue with me.
