We're sorry to hear that the accommodation did not meet your expectations. Because we're a 3rd party booking service, the standards of the hotel are out of our control. In cases like this, we have found that it is most effective to take concerns directly to the hotel management. If something goes amiss during your stay, please let the hotel know directly. It’s their role to make you as comfortable as possible!

“Quick and easy to navigate. I love the app makes it quick and simple to either just pay for a room or hold it and pay when you arrive, it also gives you an option to extend your stay which I've never been able to with out apps. My 3 stars is because even with using this company to book a room it offers me 30$ off or 10% on my next stay and when I go to use it, at the bottom it states how it isn't eligible for the discount. Quiet frustrating.”

“Pleasant night sleep.i never sleep in ,always up around 530 am. I woke up with a call from the front asking if I was going to stay another nite. Huh.whu.i responded looking at the clock flashing 1130 am”

“It was fine we had to prepay. We felt that since they had our money they downgraded our room. It was smaller than what we paid for”

“Customer service was excellent. They came around everyday and asked if I needed anything done. There was a hole in the wall and the fridge was not working. Turned on the second day for a while and shut off again . I’m a non smoker and the hallways definitely had mariguana smoke constantly. Overall a very good deal for the price in that area.”

“Snaptravel will save you a few dollars per night for your hotel but don’t expect any help if anything goes wrong. Their customer service is horrendous. We booked a non cancellable non amendable hotel and accidentally booked 1 day earlier than we meant. They would not budge in the least saying it was hotel policy. The hotel changed the dates for us on our reservation while Snaptravel wasted my time with their policy.”

“The Snap travel price was great. Customer service was good. The room was small, but cozy with a microwave and small frig. They promoted the great view of the Porsche racing track, but failed to mention that the hotel is at Delta airlines cargo runway. Loud noise and vibration all night. They also failed to mention that breakfast is only available on the weekend.”

“I booked this hotel because they had a jacuzzi and it was open during covid. It was Luke warm at best. The jacuzzi was definitely on the older side as well. My room could use some extra cleaning(spilled items on walls,stains on phone,etc) but the beds were SUPER comfy and some updates were great...front desk staff was friendly, and the breakfast grab and go was great with the items they had.”
