Snaptravel will save you a few dollars per night for your hotel but don’t expect any help if anything goes wrong. Their customer service is horrendous. We booked a non cancellable non amendable hotel and accidentally booked 1 day earlier than we meant. They would not budge in the least saying it was hotel policy. The hotel changed the dates for us on our reservation while Snaptravel wasted my time with their policy.
