I used Snap Travel for the first time to make reservations at Margaritaville in orlando to attend a wedding. Price was great, communication was great but when we went to check in, the hotel said Snaptravel cancelled our reservation in January. It was a horrible experience because we couldn’t find another hotel close to venue. Snaptravel called hotel but then came back and said they were refunding our money. Neither the hotel or Snaptravel took responsibility for the cancellation. Their communication was great but what good is it if no reservation!!! I ended up having to rent a cottage on property for 4 times the original amount....

As a result, we have provided you with a full refund plus additional Snaptravel credits. These credits can be used at any Snaptravel hotel within the next year. We understand that this was not the ideal hotel experience, and we apologize once again for the inconveniences caused.

Found a great deal the only problem I had was when I was at the airport my credit card I paid with didn’t match the one on file, it seems that snaptravel uses a different card.

A little disappointed for this stay. I was told the price was $160.00 but $199.00 charged on my credit card. Won't book again.

Hi Adrienne, thanks for reaching out to us and we apologize for the inconvenience. What you are referring to are the hotel fees which are mandated by the hotel and not by us. Regardless of where you book you will need to pay these fees which can be found in the hotel's "About" section while making your booking.

Well they did have better prices. But sometimes it would say a price and then when you finished checking out it would be higher than the original price including tax. Now also when you earn credits it doesn’t allow you to use it all at once and it said you could use up to $20 of your credits at a time but it didn’t let me use $20 it only allowed me to use $5.78 so you truly need to fix these issues because it will cause me to change my mind in the future
