It will not let me cancel membership had to block them on my card to stop charging me WHOLE SCAM ! They say call 24/7 but when you do it’s always closed

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. I recently booked a hotel in county Cork in Ireland through super.com they charged me €350 immediately. I got a confirmation email only from Super and none from the hotel itself which I thought was strange so I rang the hotel to confirm the details. The owner of the hotel said she has absolutely no affiliation with Super.com, she has never listed her property with them, has no way of receiving money from them and she had no record of my booking. Furthermore she had no rooms available, so the details listed on Super.com were COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT. I then tried to contact Super.com to try to get my money back but it’s impossible, they have no contact number, only an online “help chat” which they suggest for customers outside of the US to use to contact them. Except you need an American phone number to log in to use the chat. So they are basically uncontactable! Do not use this website to book anything, they will rob you blind!

Avoid them, easy to book but f anything goes wrong forget it! i booked a hotel and they didnt have the room, no problem, they agreed to a refund. Super.com wanted a letter confirming this rather than just call the hotel but ok, i got the letter on headed paper from the front desk, i have 2 children with me and the hotel needs to check in/out other guests too. so i upload the letter as you can't talk to anyone at super.com, its all chat or email in stupid hours too. Now they can't take the letter as it was handwritten, even though they said they just needed confirmation and a name on headed paper, they didnt say, not handwritten. ive now placed it in dispute with my credit card company. AVOID this cowboy company.

Stay away from this company. When you will try to change your booking, this company does not help. I I wanted to cancel hotel booking due to flight cancellation. I contacted the hotel. They said they can cancel it with full refund if the the third party contacts the hotel. Since I booked through this third party, they have to contact the hotel, not me. However, this third party does not do that and told me to contact hotel and get cancellation letter from hotel. Hotel never does that because I did not book hotel room directly from their website. I lost my money just because of this third party. Priceline and expedia or any other recognized third party never do this. They contact the hotel on behalf of the customer. So, stay away from this scammer.

The worst travel company I have ever used. Make sure and read the fine print. My hotel was cancelled and not on my end and other sites like hotwire and Priceline have never had a problem issuing a refund or even giving me credit. This place said no refund they didn't care about the problem, no understanding whatsoever and basically kept money if mine and I never was able to check into the room. I'll never use them again. The worst place you could use to book hotel reservations.

Please be careful - Super.com is a scam. At the beginning of July, 2024 I booked a hotel with a free cancelation till September 29, 2024. Hotel was booked for 2 days at the end of September. On July 3rd Super.com charged me $635.89. I cancelled this booking the next day and Super.com refunded me $563.46, pocketing $72.43. I travel a lot and never had an issues with hotels.com or Expedia.

horrible account setup/charge method. I made a reservation at super.com through kayak, when i made the reservation there's nothing about monthly membership fees, nor there is a monthly bill sent to my email address. Now that i check my bank statements i saw them charging me membership fees for 3 months already. And I haven't got a single email. when i tried to login to their website and cancel there's no place. And the chat bot says "our customer service is closed. "

I booked an 8-day all-inclusive stay through Super.com for on 06-02-2024. Everything seemed fine at first, but then the issues started. On 03-04-2024, the hotel told me there was no all-inclusive booking under my name. I contacted Super.com, and on 08-04-2024, employee nr.1 from customer support said he was talking to the hotel to sort it out. But on 14-04-2024, employee nr.2 told me they couldn't handle it directly with the hotel and offerd me to pay for the upgrade myself and then get reimbursed. I found out from the hotel that the all-inclusive upgrade would cost €50 per person per day, totaling €700 for our stay. I let Super.com know we were okay with this, and employee nr.3 confirmed on 17-04-2024 that they just needed the invoice for reimbursement. I sent the invoice via their "Amendment request" as requested by them on 20-05-2024, and employee nr.3 confirmed the reimbursement was processed. However, I never got the money. On 27-05-2024, I followed up and was told by employee nr.4 on 28-05-2024 to contact my bank. My bank confirmed they hadn't received any money, so I informed Super.com again. On 31-05-2024, employee nr.4 told me the original booking was canceled and asked for my PayPal details to refund the remaining amount (that is a few hundred euro's). I sent my details immediately but still haven't received any reimbursement. Despite being very polite and contacting them. I'm really sorry to have to write this negative review because the communication with Super.com has always been pleasant. My goal isn't to bash the company, but I just want the amount reimbursed that was promised before our trip. If I hadn't been offered this refund, I could have canceled the booking. This whole situation has been very stressful, especially since I had an important surgery shortly after returning from the holiday. This has caused significant financial strain, and the delay in getting the promised refund is making things worse. Super.com needs to fix this and make sure customers get the support and refunds they're promised. The repeated miscommunications and delays are unacceptable. I hope sharing my experience will lead to better service in the future. Thanks for reading!

Trying to call to speak to a representative for Super. The only people to speak to are sales people for Medic Alert, Dish etc. I simply want to cancel membership.

I booked one hotel through Super.com costing £68.00. Then they fraudulently took a further 19 payments out of my bank account of £32.50 which I did not agree too. Avoid this company at all cost.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Super.com. As a first-time user, I accidentally made a reservation at Niagara Falls, NY when I intended to book on the Canadian side of the Falls. Upon realizing my mistake, I immediately reached out to Super.com to explain the situation. Despite having two bookings with them for the same date but at two different locations, they refused to offer any refund or assistance. This lack of flexibility and understanding is unacceptable, especially for a new customer. It is clear that Super.com does not value customer satisfaction. I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with their poor customer service. I plan to take this matter up with the Better Business Bureau and explore legal action to resolve this issue. I strongly advise others to avoid using Super.com to prevent similar experiences.

I made a hotel booking for a hotel in Paris over a month ago. Called the hotel (Hilton) several times over the past few weeks and they said they don't have my reservation and won't honor it. Spoke with Super travel agents and they tried to get my reservation in Hilton's system but they replied back after a week saying they can't do that. I have to wait 2-3 days before check in! The booking is non-refundable according to Super Travel. 2-3 days before check in, means the dispute window will be closed with Visa/Master Card. The hotel said this is not a common practice (to send the reservations a few days before check in). I don't want to wait until 2-3 days before check in and get disappointed so I disputed the transaction. Once the dispute started, Super cancelled my booking! Got no refund and no communication from Super. I contacted them and they said they can't access my account while there is a dispute going on. It makes no sense. Has anyone else had this issue?
