I recently had a very disappointing experience with Super.com. As a first-time user, I accidentally made a reservation at Niagara Falls, NY when I intended to book on the Canadian side of the Falls. Upon realizing my mistake, I immediately reached out to Super.com to explain the situation. Despite having two bookings with them for the same date but at two different locations, they refused to offer any refund or assistance.
This lack of flexibility and understanding is unacceptable, especially for a new customer. It is clear that Super.com does not value customer satisfaction.
I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with their poor customer service. I plan to take this matter up with the Better Business Bureau and explore legal action to resolve this issue. I strongly advise others to avoid using Super.com to prevent similar experiences.
