Excellent and thankfully no hassle reimbursement credit which I inadvertently booked hotel for the following week when really what I interested to book/pay for it actually start that day

3rd time using super.com. Excellent pricing and great customer service. The 2nd time that I booked the hotel had over booked. Super.com found another hotel which was actually an upgrade. At no cost to me

Repeat customer, have used Super many times over the years, including back when they were called Snap Travel. Great prices, easy to book. No issues whatsoever with bookings being honoured, and no surprise extra costs at check-in (except those you're aware of, like parking or resort fees, for instance). To provide context, my travel has always been USA and Canada. Refunds when required have been very quick.

The prices are great!! it's easy and fast to look up rooms and cost..only takes a few minutes to look,find,and book,with this app.I highly recommend this app to anyone who appreciates fast reasonable,and great services!.it's is not just to find hotels,they have plenty of helpful ways to better credit,make extra cash and I believe they have loans of some sort..again thanx Super!!.

Refrain from assuming any financial risks. Citing market trends, they insistently demand more investment. When I refused and demanded a reimbursement for my original investment, they cut off communication. My money was never returned to me. I am able to show proof that my communications and finances were restricted, but M A D A C O V I . C O helped me promptly get back every dollar I had invested and profit. Consider giving them a try.

We booked a hotel through Super for 4 nights from 2nd October. We made this reservation on Saturday 28th September. What we didn’t know because the UK media hadn’t covered Hurricane Helene was that the hotel had been closed by the hurricane on the 26th! But Super.com as an international provider of hotel accommodation should have known! We arrived at the hotel, Barefoot Beach Club on Madeira Beach, to find it closed due to storm damage!!!! Super.com should not have taken our booking as the hotel would already have been closed at the time of booking. We returned to Tampa to find all the accommodation booked because of people being displaced by the storm damage. We almost had to sleep in our car but after 2 hours of searching luckily found a room for the night I can’t believe Super.com booked us into a hotel which was buried in sand and had no power, they should have known this. Incompetence on a Biblical Scale! We’ve had to pay rack rate for inferior hotels because we’re having to book whatever we can find last minute. Super.com are even less interested in paying compensation than they were in supporting us to find alternatives. Unbelievably they won’t even refund the money we paid them originally until we prove that we found an alternative by sending them copies of the receipts!!! I can’t think what they would do if we’d been forced to sleep in our car….. And now I’m being asked to upload copies of the invoices from the hotels I had to book myself because of Super.com’s incompetence before they will refund me! And I’m being told that one of my documents isn’t good enough so they can’t proceed. It can’t be difficult to find out that the hotel is still closed for themselves. Shameful behaviour to avoid doing the right thing.

Super.com took my money for a reservation at a Days Inn. However, the motel where they made the booking is not a Days Inn. There is no Days Inn in the town I was visiting. I tried to resolve this with super.com, but no one there would do anything for me. I only wanted a refund or a relocation. Super.com refused to do either. Super.com is a scam. I truly believe super.com is going to rip off as many people as it can and then declare bankruptcy. Do not use this company. It is a scam!

Change of dates needed. My son had heart surgery this week but was cancelled due to a nurse protest. I can't get anyone to contact me to get a hold on my room so I can give new dates when needed.

I finally was able to cancel, I thought I was signing up to get discounts through Lyft $1.98 for I don’t know what and then trying to charge me $15 I blocked them on my Cash app I think it’s a snake in the grass to do something like that These ones with more than one star like the three and four and five stars Please… that has to be some type of propaganda

I’m not sure when or why or if I even did sign up for this.. yet they have faithfully been trying to charge my Apple Card it started with 15 then 30 now this morning it’s 45 thank god ion keep money on my card

Took out a random 2 dollars from my account and I have no idea where it went and cant find where it went, and my bank account notified me it tried to buy a super+ membership for 15 dollars on its own and I had to submit it as fraud, customer service is never available it seems and I still haven't even gotten my money back.
