horrible account setup/charge method.
I made a reservation at super.com through kayak, when i made the reservation there's nothing about monthly membership fees, nor there is a monthly bill sent to my email address. Now that i check my bank statements i saw them charging me membership fees for 3 months already. And I haven't got a single email. when i tried to login to their website and cancel there's no place. And the chat bot says "our customer service is closed. "
