I booked a room reservation ( booking number: B17470410) and paid their extra $68.00 “Upgrade Refund” then immediately cancelled my reservation and filled out their “Refund Form” and submitted it and received their confirmation that they did receive the form and I would hear back in a couple of days. I have NOT heard back for more than three weeks. Tried to contact them numerous times, by different means and to no avail.
I WANT MY REFUND ! ! !
I will update this review if they resolve this issue with me.
