STAY AWAY
1. Booked a room
2. Needed to change the date (1hr after booking). And the hotel had the room available (but they can’t do much as you pay to SnapTravel)
3. No refund (and if they “allow” it’s a $30 fee, I’m not sure what for)
To summarize, they took my money and couldn’t let me use them to get available room at the same hotel. I really hope this company won’t survive for long as it’s my first and the last time using them.
