This company must buy reviews so they can steal from the real customers. Booked a budget hotel through snaptravel, arrived at location booked, and was told I had to pay still. Thinking the charge did not clear I obliged. Weeks later I look at my charges and see that not only did I get double charged, but they also have no customer service phone number. I looked up snap travel and read many other reviews and this happens often.
