Our doctor called late Friday afternoon and wanted my husband to come in Tuesday early for a stress test. We live over 2 hrs away so I booked a room on SnapTravel on Sunday for Monday night. On Monday morning the doctor's office called and told me the appointment had to be rescheduled for Wednesday morning. I talked to the hotel and they said it would OK with them if we changed dates, but I had to go to SnapTravel to reschedule. I knew my reservation was "non-refundable" but I just wanted change the day. I couldn't find on SnapTravel's website any place to chat or talk to anyone. I happened on a review with the same issue. They gave a very negative review about not able to find help. Snap Travel responds was "All he needed to do was go back to the text message thread he used to make the reservations and type in the word "Agent". I did that and my problem was taken care of in about 15 minutes. I would have given them 5 star rating except for the hour I spent trying to get help!
