Horrible horrible customer service!! We booked a 2 night stay back in July, the hotel said they would have proper social distancing but unfortunately they did not. I was 36 weeks pregnant at the time and not comfortable with the amount of people at the resort water park. We requested a refund for our second night which the hotel gladly granted but the refund would have to be through snap travel. We contacted snap travel telling them that the resort sent us a confirmation that they’ve refunded them and that Snap Travel can now refund us. We’ve contacted Snap Travel so many times and have only been passed off from employee to employee. No one seems to want to contact us over phone, only through text message. One employee told us we would be refunded (this is in September) then the next says corporate will review. Now it’s November and we just heard that apparently our request for refund has been DECLINED. What company is refunded for a customers cancellation and keeps the full amount of payment??? A really sucky one like Snap Travel.
