I have booked a night in a Hotel in Winnipeg through your website and money has been withdrawn from credit card. WhenI arrived at the hotel, I was denied entry to the hotel due to COVID-19. I have been in chat with you guys for over a week to get my money back due to your mistake (showing a hotel that doesn't accept guests in your search engine). Today, I was issued a travel credit as it was my mistake and I cancelled the booking which is not the truth. I should have been issued a refund to my credit card and compansated for what happened.
