I made a hotel reservation on Snap Travel. Upon arriving at the hotel for check in the hotel did not have the reservation and they were booked. I called Snap Travel customer service and after 1 hour on the phone they booked me on a different hotel which cost me more and didn't have the amenities of the original hotel. And all they could say for their incompetence was "I'm sorry". All they offered was a discount for a future booking. What a joke...I'll NEVER book with Snap Travel again.
