Easy to use , I have found snap travel to have the best selection & lowest price . My only hiccup with them is, I forgot I earned a $20 credit .when I booked room I reached out via live chat ( within 10 min of booking the room) & they were unable to credit my account .
It’s 2021 , no reason for it
Lastly, you may have less irritated users if you stated “Hotel may require a refundable deposit on credit card “ at time of check in
