I paid extra on snap travel to get a better room but the actual hotel had me in the worst room and Snaptravel wasn’t willing to fix it. It took them a month to Look into it so now prices have gone up and I can’t cancel. The only way to talk to someone is through text and they just say we’re looking into it for over a month and the hotel can’t do anything about it.
