Had issues with my first hotel reservation, snap travel responded relatively quickly and resolved the matter satisfactorily and also issued a credit for my inconvenience in addition to a full refund of the 1st hotel snafu (they claim they had no one by my name in their system even though I had confirmations from them and snap travel via text and email- it was rather a twilight zone situation). I was able to book a new reservation with a different hotel through snap travel and that experience was pretty much perfect as well as the hotel. My only complaint is that it was a bit cumbersome trying to get resolution in an emergency situation, but to their credit they responded and corrected all the inconveniences and errors The only downside is that I did not get to check into the new hotel until almost midnight)
