What a worthless service. I have booked and paid.
Because I was not allowed to enter Mexico, I requested to get a refund.
I have been asked to send an e-mail to which there has been no response to date. Very sad that these kinds of organizations get away with it so easily.
I'll think about whether you want to stay at a resort where they only want your money.
