HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. robots, scam, no customer service at all!!!
1 star, avoid at all costs. i got approval to receive a refund from the hotel (left for medical reasons) 1 day early. hotel approved it, yet i cant reach anyone at snaptravel to refund the money.
I’ve reached out 5 times for the refund that the hotel approved, and get automated messages. I think they have 2 employees at most using fake names every time
horrible site, do NOT trust this company. avoid at all costs
