Brittany at the desk was very kind. She gave me extra towels to make the bed softer. The only thing we didn't like was is that it smelled like smoke when we walked into the room. I know there are signs for the whole building no smoking. Anyway, the room could have smelled better; otherwise we enjoyed our stay & the price was good.
