This site grabbed me from the real hotel site I was trying to book. In my search engine was pet friendly necessity. Snaptravel booked a non-pet friendly room. Called the hotel and they said call Snaptravel. I someone in the Philippines. They could not help me. Eventually, after a wasted half hour, I called the hotel again. They were helpful and will rebook the room.
I will never use this web site or Expedia again. Its a sham. No customer service. Waste of time and money.
