When I arrived at the hotel, there was no reservation. I paid in advance, my credit card was charged, but the hotel said the "virtual credit card" used to pay for the room was declined. No help was available from snapchat at the time, so I paid, again, a higher price, for the same room. Snapchat says they'll refund me, but only the price I paid them. AND, I won't get the $30 credit they promised. So, at this moment, I have paid $197 for a $66 room. IF I get the partial refund, it will be $101 for a $66 room. It would have been less stressful and less expensive to just book through the hotel.
