This is called stealing people's money
My booking number # is B-3671659
I did the booking then I cancelled for free as per the website policy.
Then I found the website decided automatically to not refund the money to my account but as credit in snaptravel website in case I decided to use another future service!!!
Who told you that I will use this horrible website again even with normal refund you refuse to refund my own money and reserved only for a new booking
I need my money to be returned back
